Self-Assessment and Program Evaluation

On completion of the program, participants self-assess their abilities and practices across 10 main dimensions and provide feedback on the program.

Outcome measures

In our experience, the most reliable outcome measures come from participant feedback and self-assessment, which we capture through a simple, robust and anonymous framework, via an end of program questionnaire on MS Teams.

Participants
self-assess their abilities and practices across 10 main dimensions, rating (from 1 - 4) whether it deteriorated (1), stayed the same, improved or significantly improved (4). The second part of the quantitative assessment covers specific participant feedback on the program, its relevance to them in their professional and personal lives, and their desire to recommend the program to colleagues. This program evaluation is assessed with statements on the program's value, relevance, experience, and impact, where participants rate from 1 (completely disagree) to 5 (completely agree).

Alongside the questionnaire, we capture all the standard metrics used in our programs, including detailed attendance and completion rates. We ask all participants for their consent to share their anonymised feedback.

The program has been delivered excellently. It has been a perfect mix of being told information and discussing with the cohort about it. I have looked forward to every session.
