An Innovative, Interactive and Experiential Leadership Program
MDT Leads, Chairs, Lead Nurses & CNSs
This CPD accredited leadership program is provided for MDT leads, chairs, lead nurses, and CNSs and supported by the East Midlands Cancer Alliance as part of the MDT ROSE offer.
Purpose

Further expand interpersonal & communication skillsets

Developing a new mindset & awareness to intrapersonal skills for the leadership role

Reflect & refresh thinking on inclusion and relatedness within their MDT
Outcome
The program leads participants – with minimum demand on their time – to establish new thinking and innovative practices for transforming challenging relationships and outcomes in their leadership role and MDTs. The benefits of the program are long-lasting, beyond participation in the program.
